No AI system is embedded on this website itself with which visitors interact directly (in particular no chatbot and no automated advice). Information submitted via the contact form is not answered or automatically processed by AI systems, but read and answered personally.
All content published on this website is reviewed by a human for technical accuracy, found to be correct and approved before publication. Editorial responsibility for all publications lies with Christian von Malotki (address as above).
Technical statements – in particular on chemical relationships, standards and test methods – are based on the professional qualification and experience of the responsible party. The use of AI replaces neither professional judgement nor human editorial control.
This website does not contain any artificially generated or manipulated image, audio or video content that would falsely appear to a person to be authentic or truthful representations of real persons, objects, places or events ("deep fakes" within the meaning of Art. 3 No. 60 of the AI Act).
Where image motifs are entirely AI-generated (for example illustrative and symbolic images or depictions of persons without a real-life model), they do not depict real persons. Any resemblance to living or deceased persons would be purely coincidental and unintended. Such motifs serve illustration purposes only.
Where real persons are depicted on this website, the consents and usage rights required for the use of the image material have been obtained (Sections 22, 23 of the German Art Copyright Act (KUG), Art. 6 (1) GDPR).
Product and brand images of partner companies are used with their consent. Other image material is self-created, properly licensed or AI-generated (see Section 5).
